  • All job responsibilities from Graphic Designer II title as well as the following:
  • Help manage project flow of design projects
  • Schedule and lead project status meetings
  • Help lead brand refresh project
  • Set up ‘catch up calls’ with UK Senior Designer to collaborate and share projects/ideas
  • Design/produce brochures, print ads, conference booths, conference giveaways (IE. health bar wrappers, USB drive packaging, coasters, etc.), pop-up stands and other print collateral
  • Design/produce online ad banners (static, animated GIFs as well as Flash)
  • Design/produce responsive HTML emails, test across multiple email clients/browsers and upload code into email system
  • Design/produce fully responsive and adaptive HTML landing pages (including jQuery animations) and test across all browsers
  • Manage creative assets (emails, landing pages, and graphics) in marketing automation tools
  • Manage micro-site creative using internal SFTP tool
  • Update, create graphics and modify layouts of sales presentations
  • Participate in creative kickoff meetings to discuss objectives and strategy for campaigns
  • Work closely with marketing managers to prioritize multiple projects and deliver on the targeted deadlines
  • Assist in creating graphics for quarterly company update meetings
  • Play strong role in daily production meetings
  • Participate in weekly global marketing meetings
  • Helped maintain e-Rewards Opinion Panel (EROP) and Medical Market Research (MMR) websites
    This included:
    • Making updates to HTML and JSP files
    • Updating various Flash pieces
    • Creating new graphics and making updates to existing graphics
  • Designed/produced partner invitation emails for new and existing EROP partners
  • Use system tools to manage creative content
  • Assisted in standing up new languages/locales for the EROP site
  • Designed/produced Flash banners for use on the EROP site
  • Worked closely with Panel Marketing team
  • Designed/produced panel marketing emails for EROP and MMR sites
  • Assist in creating graphics for quarterly company update meetings
  • Play strong role in daily production meetings
  • Participate in weekly global marketing meetings
  • Assisted with some Research Now marketing pieces
  • Designed logos for companies and small businesses
  • Created an interactive website for a client with Adobe Flash
  • Created print material such as brochures, business cards, t-shirts, etc.
